- INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND PROCEDURES

This system is conceived to guarantee and preserve the peace and welfare among the nations, political actors and policies all over the world.

As a particular opinion I may say, that this legal framework would be, at least in theory, more that enough to avoid and stop most of the conflicts active in our political scene, nowadays; Why don’t we do practice it, then? Being this way and, as simple as it may seems: what mades this heavy bureaucratic and intrincated net of international relationships , such a corporate of slow processes, either complicated as unbearable to move?

Is it due the people working on these institutions?, or is it any kind of subjacent interest lying on it that slows down and impedes it to make it faster?

Could it be any hidden, profitable gains on make it sluggish?

A Security Council supported and composed by countries granted by a permanent membership like: EEUU, Russia, China, France and England ( plus the other 10 rotative ones); Those that’s holds a veto right able to block any other vote or decision-making process (and whose sense of vote and motivations, is perfectly clear and known by every person, soul and even creature all over the globe). This system, for obvious reasons, has continuously showed not to be valid any more.

As a matter of fact, and as a sordid detail to bear in mind: in 2012, as much as 269 vetoes were carried out since the creation of the Security Council: spine- chilling ciphers to leave you frozen

Rivers of ink could be written concerning this delicate mutter

This is such an important issue, that would be necessary to think twice about , because, the world can’t stand such a huge quantity of unsolved conflicts and as far as 73 years of unanswered resolutions, as in the case of Palestine , or as far as 10 ( walking through 11 this current year), as happens with the Sirian war ( let’s see what happens the upcoming elections to be held on May 26Th)

When people lives and futures is at stake, the only mean to achieve an efficient and definitive solution, is to save and protect them. That’s the only valid purpose and there’s not a deal if it’s not reached.

Once it has been perverted, in thousands of cases, by allowing people being murdered, stolen, permanently parasited, and, being aware that, unfortunately, there’s not (nor would ever be) a system able to compensate the huge and irreemplazable lost that means to lose your whole family, (as we could see, that sadly it has happened, few days ago) remember, that there is an international complex of institutions created, precisely, to answer all that.

In order to avoid that, this kind of horrific situations could ever be repeated again, we have to reinforce strongly and firmly work to make a factible application of all the system of sanctions and indemnifications meant to punish and disuade the infractors to persist on their attacks with all the strength of the law, offered by the international legal order and included on it

The quality of good negotiations is measured ( and not by any other) by the results and by a fruitful and prosperous negotiations between parts, truly realized, and not by a sort of unnumbered Pyrrhic victories and by an endless “mary go round” of useless methods : cyclical wrongly procedures perpetuated through time, just to pass by the bill as a mere formality.

All the citizens in the world, no matter where are they from, nor matter what is their skin color or what religion they do profess ( or if they are atheists), deserve to be treated as respectable people and not like mere objects, wild animals to be tamed on a Roman Circus of innocences broken or a cumbersome procedure whose rights are preserved just by a cynical and looping machinery of fails and return, but by a set of committed organisms that may harbor their needs as a priority with the integrity and the consistency of being guided not just by few minds, but by a heart and a soul.
