AN UNBALANCED RESULT : AMERICAN CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

"IUSTITIA" is the name of the Roman Goddess who represents Justice . Her personification comes from the Roman Empire as a heiress of MAAT and ISIS later on, in the ancient Egypt.

Since Roman times, Iustitia has frequently been depicted carrying a scale and a sword and completedly blindfolded, in opposition to the Greek Goddess THEMIS which is the personification of justice, divine order, law, and custom. She is one of the twelve Titan children of Gaia ( GEA) and URANUS, and the second wife of ZEUS. She is associated with oracle sand prophecies, including the Oracle of Delphi. Her symbol is the Scale of Justice as the Law of Justice or the Justice of Nature ( having account that GEA was her mother)

Since the 15th century, Lady Justice has often been depicted blindfolded. The blindfold represents faith that justice is, or should be, imposed objectively, without fear or favor, regardless of identity, money, power or weakness; blind and impartial justice. Early Roman coins depict Iustitia with sword in one hand and scales in the other, but with her eyes uncovered. Iustitia has only been commonly depicted as "blind" since the late 15th century. The first known representation of blind Iustitia is Hans Giengen's statue of 1543 at the Gerechtigkeitsbrunnen (Fountain of Justice) in Bern ( Swisszertland)

All these explanations about the ethimology of the world and symbols of the " Lady Justice" statue are, obviously , leaded to expose, how, since the beginning of times, the ideal of justice has always been linked with the value of "equanimity" on its practical application.

Not a single statue since the 15th century will ever be found without the band on its eyes which is the most remarkable sign of the desire of the human beings of all cultures to attribute inextricably the ideal of Justice to the one of equanimity.

Justice should be equally applicable to everyone no matter the country, religion, condition, or economical statement , but in the practice as we have recently seen, it doesn't happen.

If it wasn't enough with the uncountable examples of the war crimes committed by the different Goverments of the United States in the Middle East, it comes Israel with its self- proclaimed war criminal speeching from a Defense's Minister horrific intervention, that remains still impudicly unpunished.

Hardest will be the consequences under the eyes of an astonished world who has losen its faith in an International Jurisdictional System that has provided everybody, with its inaction, with the capacity of bringing their own Justice by their own hand.

And so, all abandoned orphans from Lady Justice, who has showed widely and openly to be blind depending on the side the light is coming from will act in accordingly to this fact.

It will be regrettable for all those that had left apart the innocents from Justice for it won't be any logical argumentation to appeal to later on . No applicable reasons to go back to the corrupt system when they would want to .

Reaching this point and talking about the ethymology of words I would like to, please, be explained what's the ethymology and exact meaning of the word " terrorism" ; where should it be supposed to be inflicted from ; what are its different connotations and who are the ones exonerated from being accused of it and why.
